Frequently Asked Questions

I am a business leader, why should I choose Generation Leader instead of the many other development organisations available?
Although there are many excellent organisations available, we are committed to providing both business and pastoral support to leaders, encouraging them to go further, reach higher and achieve more within their sphere of influence - both in business and as a person.

Is Generation Leader a charity or a business?
Generation Leader is a business with a strong pastoral influence.

Can you explain the main aims of Generation Leader
We provide a range of professional services, which enable businesses to become stronger, better organised and more profitable. As a result we believe that our charges reflect a worthwhile investment in business development and growth. Additionally we bring a pastoral dimension to the leaders and organisations we work with, as we believe that 'who we are' is as important as 'what we do', regardless of environment.

I am a senior manager but not a business owner, is it possible for me to avail myself of Generation Leader's services?
If you are a leader or have aspirations to become a leader we would be delighted to meet with you.

Does Generation Leader only work with SME and larger organisations?
We place no conditions on the size of organisations we work with. Generation Leader's clients range from large multi-million turnover companies to the self-employed. Our aim is to see leaders grow and develop regardless of environment.

I am a Christian minister/pastor, how can Generation Leader help me?
Apart from one-to-one meetings we offer a range of seminars to church groups, all on a voluntary basis on a range of leadership topics (See speaking section). We would be delighted to meet and share our commitment to your growth and development.

How do I discover exactly how Generation Leader can help me?
Our normal procedure is to arrange a meeting where we can spend some time getting to know you and your organisation. This will identify the main challenges you face that would benefit from development and we will agree the best course of action for you.

I am interested in the Iron Sharpens Iron group but may not be able to attend every meeting, is this a problem?
Iron Sharpens Iron is a group where each member commits to one year. We understand that occasionally attendance may prove difficult, although we really encourage attendance for maximum benefit. As premises are booked and refreshments are planned we can only allow a one month refund for non-attendance.
